General Information About Publication
Authors must follow all conference management system procedures to ensure successful publication. This includes thoroughly addressing reviewer comments and submitting the final revised manuscript prior to the deadline. The revised submission submitted by the author is treated as the final version, though editorial adjustments, layout formatting, and minor corrections may be made by the publication team before sending files to the publisher.
Publication Malpractice Statement
To uphold scientific integrity, all published articles undergo a thorough peer-review process. Authors must ensure that submitted papers are original, unpublished, and not currently under consideration elsewhere. Explicit acknowledgment and formal citation must be given to all referenced works. Sourced data or information must be used with appropriate permission. Authors are required to disclose any potential conflicts of interest during submission.
Review Process
All manuscripts must be submitted via the official conference management system and will undergo a single-blind review process. Reviewers are assigned 4 to 5 manuscripts and given three weeks to evaluate submissions based on relevance, academic contribution, methodology, clarity, illustrations, language standard, and citation accuracy.
Once peer reviews are completed, feedback is sent directly to authors' personal system accounts. Authors have two weeks to revise their manuscripts accordingly. Papers meeting all reviewer requirements will proceed to final editing (formatting templates, layout review, proofreading, and metadata creation) before being submitted to the publisher.
